Have you seen this worksheet for cleaning your house by Life on Paper? It really appeals to be me because it is both a process and a checklist; plus this should make the cleaning quicker because the thinking has been done for me.

I’ve had it saved on my Pinterest cleaning board for ages, but this weekend I’m finally going to test it. And if I like it I may investigate producing similar worksheets for other activities.
