How It Works

You’ll have time to prepare before the writing begins. No special supplies required, just something to write on and something to write with.
3. Follow the journey
Every two to three days you’ll receive a short email with encouragement, guidance, and simple ideas to explore.
4. Return to your journal
At your own pace. In your own way. Without pressure or perfection.
