Fortunately I am able to put my Blackberry down so I can still leave work behind, however my problem is that it contains my diary so I often carry it with me at weekends in case I need to reference it. Luckily I don’t get many emails at the weekend on it.

I agree, it is great that you can finish work in what was previously dead time.

I cannot get away from work at all now, and if I do I feel guilty. But it allows me to spend more time out of the office doing things like going to the bank, haircut etc without worrying about being at the office and means I can spend the weekends not having to do the mundane tasks but can actually enjoy them more.
