Hello Sophie,
Maybe that is why I like reading happy books as I’m naturally a positive person as well. There are certainly some interesting sections in the book, but if you want a book with a happy conclusion this is not the one for you.

When I saw the title I thought “ooh, that sounds like a good read!” but now I’m not so sure. I do like to read about happiness but funnily enough it’s because I’m already a very happy person and I like the boost I get from them each time, but maybe not this one by the sounds of it! Thanks for the honest review 🙂
