Hello Tom,

I have tried Life Balance in the past and love the concept of it, however I found I spent too much time changing the priority and desired balance. One of the features it has that I wish other task software included is the ability to say a task can only be completed after a previous one is completed.

I have not come across Time Manager International before, thank you for the link I will look into them.

A5 diary pages - it might be worth looking at Time Manager International (TMI). I used a Filofax from the 1960s to the late 1980s but have since used TMI. It's not focused on the later GTD but easily can be fudged. Sizes as Filofax, as well as A5 and A4.

For pc/palm-based project/task/repetitive tasks I love Life Balance. Synchs happily between companion pc/palm s/w. Very KISS, very flexible, very elegant. Works well with GTD (lots of ideas in their forum area).

Hope this helps.
